Sadly I had less than positive experience with this plumber. The problem was a washing machine that filled itself up with water when switched off, and a dishwasher pipe that the landlord himself disconnected and left laying on the floor. My landlord gave me his number, I texted to check when he could come. There was no response to my message. When finally arrived to look at it - constant calls from other clients, some superficial look around and left with "I'll speak with your landlord". Wouldn't even look behind the washing machine or at the dishwasher. Some weeks after, when I sorted out a new washing machine, the landlord told me to contact this plumber again, to take the old machine away and to attend to the dishwasher. I contacted Mathue to see when he'd be coming, no response again. The next thing I hear from my landlord is that the plumber "knocked on the door, you did not open". So apparently he just left and charged the landlord for both visits. It is unclear why the plumber did not ring the door bell or use the phone, which he held for 100% of the time of his visit. This resulted in a conflict situation with the landlord, who allocated the blame for "not opening the door" to me. I would imagine this plumber does not treat everyone this way but with some clients he obviously does. Will never recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend Matthew! I messaged him after moving into our new house and the boiler stopped working. He sent someone out the next day, parts were ordered and then fixed the following day. Excellent service

Had a burst pipe in my loft and water was coming through the ceiling into the bedroom. Rung Matt at 4 am and he was here within the hour. He made it safe then returned early the same day with a colleague and they soon sorted it out. Fantastic service and 2 good lads. I would highly recommend them.

I had emergency situation with a burst pipe under my bath , rung to see when he would available to come out and fix it for me. Matthew said he would be there as soon as he could that day. He arrived within the hour and repaired it. Very fast response at a good price .Very highly recommended.

We have used 24/7 emergency plumber for several different jobs in our house from a new kitchen to a bathroom and a utility. Every time we have found them to be brilliant and very helpful. Absolutely brilliant service. Came very quickly after I requested an outside tap. The plumber was very pleasant and efficient. I then asked about a gas service and they came the very next day. Again the plumber was very nice and efficient. This company will come out to small jobs which is brilliant as many don't. Its nice to have found a reliable company which I will not hesitate to use in the future 🙂

Matt came out at 9.30pm to my distress call and he was with us in 30mins. He came and fixed our blocked toilet with no mess, no fuss and in no time at all. He was polite, honest and super at fixing the loo! Would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future! Thank you Matt.

Fantastic response to a leaking gas pipe on new hob. Matt attended within the hour and gave advice over the telephone on how to isolate the gas supply and turn it off. The job was done quickly with a detailed non patronising explanation of what work had been carried out. Very pleased and highly recommend. I will use this company for all future plumbing/gas needs.

What an absolute star Matt is. I phoned him panicking because water was coming through my ceiling - I knew there was some sort of problem with the upstairs loo. As it was urgent Matt came well within a couple of hours as soon as he had finished the job he was at when I called. SORTED very quickly, very pleasant guy, very efficient. I wont ever use anyone else now - our plumber for life.

Can't recommend Matt enough, rang him at 8.40 am, he manged to pop in and check out the problem on his way to a customer and came back at 1.15 pm same day and fitted a new shower and completed within an hour, no mess whatsoever. Asked him to service the boiler and has arranged for the following day at 2 pm, unbelievable service, very pleasant and incredibly professional....highly recommended.

Really pleased I got in touch with 247 plumbing. I got in touch by text at 9pm Thursday night and asked if he could come the next day. We arranged 10am and he arrived on time, no waiting about. Took a look at the job, priced up and went to get parts to fix it. He came back at a time that suited me on the same day and fixed the pipework that was leaky and plumbed in my washer dryer. I couldn't have been happier. A very polite and professional plumber. Cleared up after himself even taking the packaging waste from my washing machine delivery away on the van to avoid clogging up my bin. Very considerate indeed. Will use this company again when I have any need for a plumber. Thanks 247 plumbing. You are brilliant.

Excellent service, our toilet decided to flush continually. I found 247 via Google, rang him and he arrived in 5 (yes 5 !) minutes. Within another 20 he had finished the job including having to go for new parts.Polite and reasonable charges, what more could you want. Would recommend him most wholeheartedly.
